48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand, life can be unpredictable! You may cancel or adjust services up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, late cancellations, lateness for any reason, and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of the full price of all services booked plus the automatic 20% service fee. This will be charged to your credit card on file.

Providing equity for our clients and employees requires a herculean amount of resources. In order to stay in business for the people who need us, we must be firm with the cancellation policy.

20% AUTOMATIC MINIMUM TIP

In order to provide more predictable living wages at Uncle Nat’s, an automatic minimum 20% tip is applied to every appointment booked in lieu of an optional tip. This service fee is calculated off the original price of all services booked whether the service is performed or not. Please budget accordingly. Yes! You can tip more!

5-MINUTE GRACE

We ask that you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early, but we get it, life happens. New York is a beast! Clients must be seated in the lobby ready to begin their services (hands washed, bathroom needs completed, shoes and outer layers left in the hallway) by no later than 5 minutes past their appointment time. At exactly 5 minutes past appointment time, the card on file will be charged per the 48 hour cancellation policy. If multiple services have been booked, we may be able to finish other services. This is left completely to the discretion of the technician.

1st TIME? BEEN A WHILE?
